COVID-19 Precautions At Prasino St. Charles

in these uncertain times, the health and safety of our team and our guests remains our top priority. in order to keep our restaurant clean and safe, we’ve updated some of our daily practices. although it might look a little different, we’re working hard to deliver the same exceptional dining experience that you’re used to. we’ve listed some of the precautions we are taking below:

first and foremost, please refrain from entering our restaurant if you are not feeling well. if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea), please err on the side of caution and wait to dine with us until you are well.

we offer to-go and carryout options. you are welcome to dine with us in our dining room, but we also offer to-go and carryout options if you are more comfortable dining in your own space. you can order your favorite prasino st. charles menu items, and we offer several drink packages as well.

proper hand-washing and sanitizing practices are implemented throughout our restaurant. our staff frequently washes their hands and sanitizes surfaces, focusing specifically on common touchpoints in our dining room, bar, party rooms, restrooms, etc.

we wear masks for your safety and ours. our staff is required to wear masks while they are working in order to insure that our restaurant is operating as safely as possible.

finally, we perform regular temperature checks on our staff members. we check our staff members’ temperatures at the start of their shifts in order to make sure that they are healthy and serving you safely.
